Size US 10/6mm knitting needles, or size needed to obtain gauge. Cable needle.

GAUGE
14 sts and 20 rows to 4”/10cm, over Stockinette st;
24 sts and 20 rows to 4”/10cm, over cable pattern, both using US 10/ 6mm needles.
